Terms of Sale
Last updated 7 August 2026
These terms govern your purchase of customised club kit through the Decathlon My Club club shop platform. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who you are buying from
Orders are fulfilled by Decathlon My Club on behalf of the club whose shop you are buying from. Decathlon My Club is responsible for production, payment processing and delivery; the club sets the products and pricing available in its shop.
My Club (operated as My Club Group) and Decathlon My Club are both trading names of My Club Europe PLC, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12087282, whose registered office is at 2 Oxted Chambers, 185–187 Station Road East, Oxted, England, RH8 0QE, United Kingdom. Our VAT registration number is 352 3024 39. References to “we”, “us” and “our” in these terms mean My Club Europe PLC trading under the brand of the shop you are using.
2. Eligibility and ordering
You must be 18 or over to place an order. If you are buying kit for a child, the order must be placed by a parent or guardian.
When you place an order you are asking us to make and supply the items in your basket. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, once we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before confirmation, for example where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, and will refund any payment taken.
3. Customised products. Cancellation and returns
Items are made to order to the design and personalisation (such as name, number and size) you select at checkout. Because each item is produced specifically for you, customised products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind or for an incorrect size. Please check your personalisation carefully before paying.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised (Regulation 28(1)(b)). This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if an item is faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
If production of your order has not yet started, we may be able to cancel or amend it. Contact us as soon as possible quoting your order number and we will tell you whether that is still possible. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.
4. Personalisation content
You are responsible for the names, numbers, initials and other text you submit. We may refuse or ask you to amend any personalisation that is offensive or obscene, that infringes another party’s trade mark, copyright or other rights, or that breaches the rules of the league or competition your club plays in. Where we refuse personalisation and no acceptable alternative is agreed, we will cancel that item and refund you in full.
5. Sizing — Your responsibility
It is your responsibility to choose the correct size. Please use the size guide shown on the product page before ordering. As items are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds where the wrong size has been selected.
6. Product appearance, variation and substitution
Product images are for guidance only and colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished item. Small variations in colour, fabric or finish can occur between production runs and between garment types, and are not defects. Where a fabric, trim or component is unavailable we may substitute it with one of equivalent quality.
Garments that fall within normal manufacturing tolerances will not be remade or refunded. Please follow the care instructions supplied with your kit. Incorrect washing, drying or ironing may damage print or embroidery and may affect any future claim.
7. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout. Payment is taken securely at the time of order via our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details.
8. Shop closing dates and changes
Many club shops run for a limited window and close on a published date. Orders cannot be placed after a shop has closed, and production for a shop typically begins only once that shop has closed. Estimated delivery timescales are shown at checkout.
A club may extend, shorten or close its shop earlier than the published date. Doing so does not affect orders already confirmed, though it may change when production starts and therefore the delivery estimate. If a shop closes early we will still fulfil every order accepted before it closed.
9. Delivery
Delivery options and charges are shown in your cart and at checkout. We will deliver to the address you provide; please ensure it is correct, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. Any delivery timescale shown is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may vary due to production schedules, peak periods, courier delays or other factors outside our control.
10. Failed or refused delivery
If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available, the address is incorrect or incomplete, or the parcel is refused, the courier will follow its own process for re-attempts and collection from a local access point. Where a parcel is returned to us we will hold it for 30 days and contact you to arrange redelivery, for which a further delivery charge may apply. If we have had no response after 30 days we may dispose of personalised items, which cannot be resold, without a refund. This does not apply where the delivery failed because of something we or our courier got wrong.
11. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing items
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing from your delivery, contact us within 30 days of delivery quoting your order number, with clear photos of the issue. We may ask for the garment to be returned. We will confirm the outcome within 7 working days of receiving your claim, and any approved refund will be processed within 14 days.
- 0 to 30 days: we will replace faulty items as quickly as we can.
- 30 days to 6 months: we will offer one repair or replacement before a refund.
- 6 months to 6 years: you will need to show the fault was present at delivery.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
12. Designs and artwork
The kit designs, artwork, club crests and templates used in our shops remain the property of My Club Europe PLC or of the club, as applicable. Buying an item gives you no right to reproduce, resell or commercially exploit any design, crest or artwork. We may use photographs of finished kit to promote our products and services.
13. Our liability
We are not liable for delays or problems caused by events outside our reasonable control, including freight, customs, courier networks, industrial action or extreme weather. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the price paid for the item in question.
14. Your personal data
We collect and use your personal data to produce and deliver your order, including your name, delivery address and the personalisation you choose. We share it with our payment provider and delivery partners for that purpose. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the rights you have over it.
15. Complaints and dispute resolution
If something has gone wrong, please contact us first using the details below. Most issues are resolved quickly at that stage. We do not subscribe to any alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme and do not submit disputes to an ADR provider. If we cannot resolve your complaint between us, you remain free to bring a claim in the courts as set out below.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those in force on the date you place it.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
