This policy explains how Decathlon My Club collects and uses your personal data when you buy customised club kit through our club shop platform. We are the data controller for the information described here.

1. What we collect

When you place an order we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, delivery address, the product personalisation you choose (such as name, number and size), and your order history. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

2. How we use it

We use your data to:

• process, produce and deliver your order;
• handle payments, refunds and any faults;
• keep you updated on the status of your order; and
• meet our legal and accounting obligations.

The lawful basis for this processing is performance of the contract between us and our legitimate interest in running the platform.

3. Who we share it with

We share order information only with the parties needed to fulfil your order: the club whose shop you bought from, our payment provider (Stripe), and the production and delivery partners that make and ship your kit. We do not sell your data.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to improve your experience on our site, understand how you interact with our content, and for advertising pixels. You can choose to accept or reject non-essential cookies at any time.

5. How long we keep it

We retain order records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and tax requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
